5. Pricing, Payment & Taxes

6. Affiliate / Partnership Program

• Any user can join the affiliate program free of charge.
• Affiliates earn 20% commission on every successful sale generated through their referral link.
• Commissions are calculated on the total sale value excluding taxes, refunds, or chargebacks.
• Payouts are processed monthly and require meeting the minimum withdrawal threshold of 1000rs.
• Fraud, self-referrals, fake orders, or unethical promotion methods result in account termination and forfeiture of commission.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content on the site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is protected under copyright and intellectual property law.
• Users may not copy, resell, or redistribute content without permission.

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

📝 Affiliate / Referral Program Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate / Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the IZO Collective affiliate / Referral Program (“Program”). By joining the program, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

1. Eligibility

• The program is open to individuals aged 18 years or above and residents of India with valid identity & bank details.
• Only real users are allowed. Duplicate, fake, or automated accounts are prohibited.
• Participation is voluntary and free. No purchase or entry fee is required to join.

2. Referral & Commission Structure

• Users earn a referral commission of [20%] for every successful purchase made by a referred customer using their referral link or code.
• A referral is considered successful when:
  1. The referred customer makes a valid purchase, and
  2. The purchase is not refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent.
• Commissions will be awarded as [wallet balance / redeemable credit / direct payout to bank] depending on platform policy.
• The commission value is calculated on the actual paid amount, excluding taxes, discounts, refunds, or processing fees.

3. Payment / Withdrawal Terms

• Commission withdrawals are eligible after reaching a minimum payout threshold of [₹1000].
• Payments are processed within [7–14 working days] after verification.
• Users must provide valid bank details / UPI ID for payouts.
• TDS and other applicable taxes will be deducted as per Indian law.

4. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are not allowed to:

• Use misleading claims, spam marketing, bulk messaging, fake accounts, or bots.
• Promise guaranteed income or misrepresent program benefits.
• Use paid ads bidding on brand keywords (without approval).
• Self-refer using their own link or create multiple accounts.
• Promote illegal, gambling, or adult content websites.

Any violation may result in immediate termination and loss of earnings.

5. Refund / Cancellation

• If a customer requests a refund, the commission for that transaction will be automatically reversed.
• If commission is already paid, it will be adjusted in future payouts.

6. Intellectual Property

• Affiliate may use promotional materials provided by IZO Collective & Winbazzar.
• Editing, altering, or misusing company branding is prohibited.

7. Account Termination

Winbazzar reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account without notice under conditions including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent activity
• Fake referrals
• Terms violation
• Harm to brand reputation

Remaining unpaid commissions may be forfeited upon termination.

8. No Guarantee / No Employment

• Participation does not create any employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.
• Earnings depend solely on performance and are not guaranteed.

9. Program Modification

• Winbazzar may modify commission rates, terms, eligibility, or discontinue the program at any time, with or without notice.

10. Legal Compliance

• This program complies with Indian laws related to referral and affiliate marketing.
• The program does not involve gambling, betting, lotteries, or chance-based winnings.
• All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Indian courts only.
